Not only did he address my needs that same day, he was very responsive to ongoing needs as we needed to ship the car to its final destination once the work was completed. Selling my car was quick and easy. The whole process took under a half an hour I’d say. They were very helpful over the phone before I even arrived at deal ship since I lived an hour away. The young lady at the front desk was a tremendous help and very kind. Could not say enough good things about her. I did find it weird that I did not talk to the gentleman that was inspecting my car for sale value. That would have been nice, but I still think i got a good sale value. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.
