Very disappointed When I first was interested in a particular truck. The response was quick and timely. Once I was not interested in said truck. I didn't exist anymore. Go to a dealership that isn't going to play games I bought a car from here and I love the car, and the service I got that day, but the car had a few issues that needed fixed that they said would be ta I bought a car from here and I love the car, and the service I got that day, but the car had a few issues that needed fixed that they said would be taken care of by them for free. It is a 2018 Ford fusion titanium. I had been waiting almost 3 weeks for the car to get fixed, they kept telling me to call back and kept giving excuses about why the parts weren't there, mind you, the one part was the front turn signal which I had gotte pulled over for. I waited well over the 14 days for the 14 day pay off they said they got for my trade-in for them to even pay my old loan off. On top of that, supposedly the printer wasn't working that day I got the car, so they said they would send me my paperwork in the mail for plates and registration and other copies I signed, I had still been waiting almost 3 weeks for all of this and had called nemerous times about everything, and even talked to a manager. Go to a dealership that isn't going to play games with you. More
