"The Perfect Match!"

My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle. We checked out Mercedes as well as Land Rover, then decided to visit our local Lexus dealer. We were greeted by the lot manager Frankie. He was very knowledgeable and offered to take us out on test drive as the sales team was busy. After driving the new 2018 rx350 Sport we quickly knew that we wanted to move forward with the vehicle. We met our sales rep, Melissa Horan, she was a pleasure to work with. She knew where we wanted to be with numbers and after a little negotiating quickly got us there. We also had the pleasure of working with the finance manager, Matt Gallagher, he too made our experience very pleasurable. We picked up the car the next day. The staff at prestige Lexus of Middletown were top rate. We look forward to working with them again.

"Helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable"

We had been shopping for cars, as our SUV had over 220,000 miles on it. We had done some research and then had visited a few dealerships. Some were out of 2018s but didn't yet have in 2019s. Some told us they couldn't find a 2018. Lexus of Middletown, however, listened to us and found exactly what we wanted. They gave us a very good price on our trade-in and a very fair deal on our new car. We are very happy.
