They did not try to play any games like I have experienced other places. They made statements about price, insurance etc. and stuck to them. No extra dealer charges, no funny business. I asked that if I bought a car if I could drive it home the same day, and I did. I am very happy with the dealership and my salesman was very nice and accomodating.

"No pressure, No headache, Perfect Customer Service"

I found the vehicle on cars.com requested info and heard back from Melissa the very next day. I went in that evening for a test drive. Fell in love with my new Jeep Renegade. Ed the Sales Manager worked vigorously to make the numbers work for my budget. When I made the decision to just go for it, Matthew in the Finance Department worked magic. I took my new SUV home that night. Everyone at this dealership deserves a High Five on making a customer happy...Melissa got a hug instead. I love my new vehicle!! Thank You!!!

I was greeted by the receptionist who was very welcoming. She introduced my to the general manager who introduced me to Jeff Jeff is the sales person. It took me for a test drive and provided me with information about the vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. I returned the next day to sign the papers and drove off the lot with a clean vehicle.

"Customer service is A+ at Middletown Lexus."

I drive 2.5 hours to bring my RX 350 to Prestige of Middletown. I have tried several other Lexus dealerships including one that is only an hour from my house and Prestige is by far the best. The service department is very friendly and they listen to you. I bought a Lexus for the reliability and for the commitment by the company to excellence. I am a huge fan of their cars and am now a huge fan of their service department. Thanks guys!!!! It was well worth the drive. See you next time.
