Not satisfied! This was my 6th car in 8 years that I hade purchased. Mr Bell sales walked me through many different vehicles,and it was kind & patient enough till my family and I we found the right car we c purchased. I proved to the sales & finance personnel my score and credit history before running my credit.Finance came up with 722 score. Which disqualified me for 0%.It wasn’t credit carma score. I pay monthly fee $50 to track my credit! So that wasn’t fake score. Finance personnel made me buy extra warranty in the car in order to qualify for 0%. I took the deal because they already pulled the car out of showroom also my credit was checked.I Will never buy from them again. Poorly service.Also Mr Bell was very disappointed as much as I was with the outcome. More

Ledy was excellent in assisting me throughout the process from car intake all the way through to car pickup. She arranged a shuttle for pickup/dropoff as well, which was extremely helpful.
