Ann listened very carefully to our needs and and the type of car we were looking for and delivered in every way possible. She was very kind and even helped to keep our toddler entertained while we went through the process. She was very straightforward with no sales pitches, just worked very hard to get us exactly what we needed. We will absolutely be visiting Ann again when this lease is up. I would be remiss if I did not also mention that after having dealt with other VW dealerships in the NY area, how far and away Prestige blows the others out of the water. The showroom was clean, there was plenty of staff- all helpful and kind. They even fed us lunch, gave our toddler crayons and a t-shirt!! Our sales consultant Tim was incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and patient, which made the whole experience pleasant. He even took time to follow up after the sale, which was reassuring and professional. Additionally, the dealership's business manager walked us through every step of the purchasing process, which was also very helpful. It's been a month, and we're thrilled with the car (a 2013 VW Golf). We plan to bring it back to Stamford for any future service/maintenance. Thanks, Prestige! More
