Good morning, I had a good experience with Stephen. The price was fair, he worked with my budget, and he was helpful. The buying experience was not that bad but could’ve been much much better. My main complaint is when I went in the office with the finance director to make the payment, I was offered tire protection, my husband told me not not to agree to any plans because the car would come with a certain amount of damage coverage, I felt pressure to get something I know I probably didn’t need so I declined the offer. His attitude change when I continue to say no. I doubt he would act like that if someone else was in the room other than a female. He was abrasive and dismissive when speaking to me after I declined and made the experience of getting a new car a less exciting. More

When I first walked in without an appointment on a Tuesday afternoon I was greeted with the nicest sales person Will Aquino.
