It was the second time I brought my car in for the same thing. The radio.. I was told they did an update AGAIN. And it’s still doing the same thing. We had a horrible loaner car, for a week while they were thing. The radio.. I was told they did an update AGAIN. And it’s still doing the same thing. We had a horrible loaner car, for a week while they were fixing said radio. We could see on the cat app that they were hardly working on the car. When they were done, we got a nasty message about bringing back the loaner car. We were treated rudely when we asked questions about the car. This car is a 2022 brand new Tiguan that we paid for in cash. This car should not be having issues repeatedly. We definitely won’t go back to this dealership. And the car is STILL HAVING THE SAME ISSUES!!! More
