When money comes in, they are very friendly but as soon as the payment is made, they don’t care of customers. I’m a loyal client at VW and came to ask for another business. I called to the store and asked the receptionist and left a message with my email address but I’ve never received any email from him. Very disappointed. I’m a good customer and I wanted to do business with him but maybe I should ask the other sales associate who is trustworthy and reliable from next time. More

It was difficult to schedule an appointment. In person service was so much better. Was offered complimentary service. But when it came time to pick up the car, I didn't receive a call despite me In person service was so much better. Was offered complimentary service.
