Customer service lacked understanding to translate issues with car and what was to be done to technicians, conducted unauthorized work and failed to relay what diagnostic results were. Deadlines were frequently blown (it took a full week for a diagnostic to be performed and we only knew after we called). I don’t trust that this dealer has the knowledge to fix the problem in an effective or reasonably priced manner after I had to reiterate facts and portions of the conversation on a frequent basis. This seems like a total money grab and that the problem will not be fixed (especially as one of the issues- my key being deprogrammed) started 3 days after the last time I came to get it fixed at this same place. I already came once for it. I was told $300+ to fix. Now I’m being told it’s over $800. Why the difference? What is the actual problem? I refuse to keep paying More
