My recent experience working with Todd McEllway was wonderful on so many levels. Todd was forthright, genuine, with impeccable follow up even on the smallest of details. Showed up for my appointment and the tire I had ordered weeks before was not there. Needless to say, Rishi took care of it and got the tire in the next day.
