Epic Customer Service I had been browsing the internet for Used Volvos, S-60's for a few months. I was very particular that I wanted a black AWD with leather interior and I had been browsing the internet for Used Volvos, S-60's for a few months. I was very particular that I wanted a black AWD with leather interior and lower mileage. It just so happened that I found exactly what I was looking for at Prestige Volvo in East Hanover, NJ. Not far from home. Chris was my first point of contact and I made an appointment to meet with him and test/view the car. This experience happened over the Christmas holiday coincidentally, and Chris was very available, flexible and patient. When I arrived for my appointment he had gotten the car ready for me. Car looked great as it did online (this doesn't always happen) and Chris had researched the cars history for me, also good. Everything lined up. Admittedly, Chris didn't have to sell me on Volvo or the particular car. Honestly, it sold itself. I did need extra assistance with financing and learning how to use all the technical features in the car and Chris and his Manager stood by and with me to make both the financing and the learning curve a seamless process for me. More
