Originally looking to purchase a 2018 XC90, but Patrick recommended I really wanted a Volvo for my wife, and this was a great dealership to work with! I feel fortunate to have dealt with a salesperson like Tina, because i have had plenty of sub par experiences elsewhere. Tina is very personable, knowledgeable about the vehicles (not just the volvo's either), and just a joy to deal with overall. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience with Prestige, and left satisfied customers. She made a video for me before hand, and had the car detailed and waiting for us when we arrived. Even though we had made no commitment to buy before hand. The car had been inspected, given an oil change, and fresh braked pads as well. She has since followed up with me several times to make sure that everything is going ok, and that we are happy. Definitely the type of experience you always hope for, but rarely get elsewhere. Prestige also has a streamlined process that did not have us endlessly waiting like we have done with other dealers in the past.You would never have known i was purchasing a used vehicle from a different brand altogether. We were treated with respect, and honestly thought the process which left me feeling comfortable about my purchase decision. We also enjoyed our time with Jake, who helped with our financing and paperwork.There wasn't really anything to haggle about, because they made a a very fair offer from the start. The vehicle was also priced very competitively. Prestige has a nice bright, airy, modern dealership that made our stay even better. It was well worth the 90 mile drive, and i would recommend Tina, Jake and Prestige to anyone who asked. Very happy customer! More

In fact, we usually buy a car and keep it so well maintained that we don’t need to visit car showrooms often. However, our experience with Ron Landstrom at Prestige Volvo was very different from beginning to end. Some background; we initiated contact online and the web liaison, Irene, reached out to us the same day. I explained what type of vehicle we were interested in buying and she provided us a daily inventory update via email. I had to reschedule several test drives and Irene accommodated the rescheduling, no problem. FYI, we were trading in our 2013 Infiniti JX 35 and Prestige provided a sight unseen trade-in valuation. Our Infiniti was in excellent condition and the dealership honored the sight unseen valuation. I went in alone for a test drive on a Wednesday because, if my wife doesn’t like the salesperson, it will kill any potential deal. Ron and I talked for about 20 minutes and I prayed that my wife wouldn’t hate him. Before a test drive, I told Ron I would be right back. My wife and I returned an hour later and Ron was very busy and fortunately very good at multitasking. He arranged several test drives, then answered all questions clearly. Ron wasn’t pushy, which is key with us. Afterwards we went home to talk it over. My wife liked Ron Landstrom. She said he was a consummate professional. I agreed. We leased-- which I have never done before--a Volvo XC90. Ron managed all the financing info by phone and we picked up the vehicle two days later. Seamless. Also thank you Pat! We felt like we were treated fairly, respected as people and that our business was appreciated. Don’t ever change! More
