Ron Landstrom not only took the time to really LISTEN to what my needs were, but his "service after sale" was more complete than I've ever experienced. He spent over an hour making sure I was happy, knowledgeable, comfortable with my New Volvo S90. I can't say enough great things about him. Good service After an encounter with a truck tire tread that got thrown into the front of my Volvo I went to my dealer (Prestige Volvo) and asked to have the under After an encounter with a truck tire tread that got thrown into the front of my Volvo I went to my dealer (Prestige Volvo) and asked to have the undercarriage checked. After about an hour I was told nothing underneath was damaged. Not only did they not charge me they also washed my car. A few days later my wife realized she had lost her key to her Saab. There are no more Saab dealers so she called Prestige to see if they could help. The parts department spent many minutes with her trying to find a place to replace the key. They finally found a place in Hamburg NJ. They were very patient and helpful. The sales staff, service and parts people are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. More
Service I had a problem with my 2015 Volvo- Called the service manager and made a prompt appointment when I dropped the car off he was there to discuss with I had a problem with my 2015 Volvo- Called the service manager and made a prompt appointment when I dropped the car off he was there to discuss with me and handed me his business card which included his cell phone- the problem was taken care of quickly and dropped off at my place of work - there was a follow up call made by the Service manager that day as well as the following day to see how everything was - overall great experience and Service by Jay Rosen More
