We purchased our lease vehicle on 13 April due to the quality and reliability of the Sorento. Each and every visit, to include years of service, has always been above board and stress free experiences! One name has always been my reliable go to person; Tom "Z". It seems unfair though to name just him, as everyone at Preston that we have ever dealt with, from sales, service, collision, finance and even Mr. Preston himself, has been professional, helpful and courteous! Along with Tom to mention' are the folks that work with him. Their names escape me, but I think it's important to mention their efforts to keep in touch, remind me of upcoming necessary and or scheduled service etc.. They may be just office folks, but to us they are an integral part of your entire positive and productive team effort.
