Never a problem...always personable, good service. I've been going to Preston since I moved to Chardon 12 years ago. I had them service the car I had at the time, and I was happy with them. Best car buying experience ever! I never write reviews, but I felt I had to after my experience. First of all it was a 45 minute drive with a baby and toddler so I was already done wh I never write reviews, but I felt I had to after my experience. First of all it was a 45 minute drive with a baby and toddler so I was already done when I arrived. I was preparing myself for wasted time and aggravation but it was exactly the opposite! They had my car appraised with a great offer while I took a test drive and we had a deal within 15 minutes of my arrival!!! Everyone was super nice and easy to work with, they gave me a great price on my trade in and my new car was priced so well I had no need to even bother negotiating. I highly recommend them, they're definitely worth the drive. I've never left a dealership feeling so respected. A big thanks to those guys!!! More

sudden loss of oil pressure I was two hours from home when suddenly my oil gauge started fluctuating from 30 to almost zero pressure.
