Update*** I wanted to provide an update to my previous review. While I was extremely frustrated with the length of time it took to repair my vehicle and the out-of-pocket expenses I incurred during the process, I want to recognize Puente Hills Ford for ultimately doing the right thing. After discussing the situation further, Stephanie Hernandez and Peter Gohil took the time to review my concerns and understand that the delays were largely outside of my control. My vehicle was down for nearly a month due to diagnosis delays and a defective replacement part supplied through Ford's warranty process. As a result, I incurred rental car expenses that I did not believe should have been my responsibility. To their credit, Stephanie and Peter listened, reviewed the circumstances, and worked toward a fair resolution. Puente Hills Ford reimbursed me for the expenses that resulted from the extended repair process, which I greatly appreciate. I still believe there were communication issues during the repair, but I also believe businesses should be recognized when they step up, take ownership, and make things right. In this case, Puente Hills Ford acknowledged that the situation was not the customer's fault and worked with me to resolve it fairly. Thank you to Stephanie Hernandez and Peter Gohil for taking the time to understand the situation and for helping reach a resolution.
