Hello Sir- My name is James Ramos and I am the General Manager here at Puente Hills Ford. I have researched your Service here at the Dealership and we did perform all the Services that you paid for but was not able to rotate the tires on passenger side of your Vehicle due to the rear wheel tire not being safe to put on the front of your vehicle. We did pull all your wheels off and thoroughly inspected your brakes to see if they needed replacement. I do apologize if we did not communicate with you the reason why we did not rotate the passenger side tires. I will make sure to continue mentoring the staff on communication.
