I have had extensive email and phone conversations with Brendan! Brendan punted my issue to Adam Smith. Two emails to Adam and a phone message to him resulted in zero response! The dealership’s sales department is not interested in resolving the issue. If there is a GM in management maybe that person has the authority to correct a $400 issue? Adam and Brendan are not qualified to settle such a huge amount! See you in court!

Hi James, Thanks for your message! Once I talked to Adam, he quickly and professionally apologized and offered a very fair solution. Your dealership should not put aftermarket products on cars that the sales and financing department know nothing about! Even the administrator could not explain what it does or how it works.
