It's funny on how the contrast is between this website's reviews compared to Yelp. Though Yelp has its issues, I tend to agree more with what is posted there than elsewhere (Google, 3rd party websites such reviews compared to Yelp. Yelp is a bit more honest and the reviews almost seem filtered (read: negative reviews more likely to be posted). Yelp has this place at 3.3 while this place has it close to 5. You be the judge and do you due diligence. I'll try to keep the story short Pros: - I got a good price and I didn't have to use a broker - Salesman was friendly and prompt - It only took a few hours of pain being at the dealer to get the car so I don't have to worry about a car for another 2 years. The con: TL:DR - They are liars There was a negotiated price before entering the dealership. The salesman agreed to a $2000 due at signing (taxes, 1st month payment, any other misc fees). That and the monthly + tax. On the day of arrival, we started the process. This place makes you deal with the xxxxxxx manager with cheap cologne with the actual numbers. They'll do the classic thing of putting a bunch of numbers that aren't easy to understand on paper. After putting down my credit card, I caught the up front payment almost double of what was expected. I took back the CC and asked for an explanation. First, the salesman was silent. All of the talking was between myself and the manager. It came down to a misunderstanding on my part. Because of course it was. They played dumb and said that what I asked for was the down but didn't include the due at signing. So this means I had to pay more than I expected. The burden and blame was placed on me. This did not sit well. I would've walked but they ran my credit before this. I'm quite certain this was by design. In the end, I shifted that extra payment onto the monthly and ended up being the same price as a broker. I don't think the price I got was that much better. It could of been probably gotten at other dealers. No, I won't use these guys ever again. They're just as scummy as other dealers of other brands. The entire premise to buy from a 3rd party for a vehicle is what is wrong with car buying in the US in general. Too many useless middle men who are a needless expense to an already expensive thing to buy. Having to go through these guys is just a means to an end so I can basically have transportation in life. We rely too much on having to need a private car that you need to have a car which leads you to these soul xxxxxxx places. It's just a horrible feedback loop. I would rather have an unexpected full cavity search from TSA than ever have to come back to this place. More
