Replacement of tires Quick and delivered on time as promised. Honored another dealers’ tire special. They didn’t have to do that. Waste of time Took my car in because it shut off on me while driving, Service department kept my car for 2 days and said the machine didn’t detect a problem so my c Took my car in because it shut off on me while driving, Service department kept my car for 2 days and said the machine didn’t detect a problem so my car was good to go. Picked up my car and the very next day it turned off on me again while driving, when I managed to turn the car back on, the rpm was at 0 and it lacked power, I took video so the technicians can see what I was talking about and towed the car back to the dealer , they didn’t even bother looking at my video and again I was told the machine didn’t detect any issue and therefore couldn’t do anything about it. It’s very concerning that a dealership would provide such poor service. Definitely will not be returning. More
