Navarro. 1, He told me it would take about an hour and a half, but I waited for 4 hours. 2, During which time, I went to ask him 3 times about when it would be done, but he never asked for me even at once. Even they found a tire bad need to be replaced, that’s what he told me when I went to see him. 3, I told him that I just want to change oil and filter, He said total cost is $145.00, Later he told me a tire bad need to replaced he cost is $98.88. I am afraid I didn’t hear clearly, just repeat say: change a tire is $98.88, totally I need to pay $145.00 + 98.88. He said yes. But when I went to check out, I found that he had added the alignment, the cost is $98.88 and the tire is became to $134.00. 4, I please your accounting people to ask him to come back, but he didn’t come. After a long time, he came here and said the alignment was your agreed to do and then he left and didn’t talk to me anymore. 5, During the maintenance period, he didn’t explain the car’s problems as Andrew did before, and didn’t elaborate on the situation and matters needing attention after the maintenance.
