Great and fast 30K service I took my car for the 30K service expecting to leave the car there for 4 hours. The service had a special price ( I guess I got lucky ) it was like $ I took my car for the 30K service expecting to leave the car there for 4 hours. The service had a special price ( I guess I got lucky ) it was like $ 45.00 less than regular price, and was a very fair price for the work done at 30K, since is the dealership , of course I can get it cheaper outside but.....you get what you paid for. Raymond Shea ( Service advisor) told me that it would be done in about 2 hours.....and it was done in 2 hours. It was so fast that I decided to do also a brake fluid flush since I was already there ....the price for this was on the high side. I took another 30 minutes including the car wash and they also washed my engine....(.I did not ask for it ) Iam happy but I hope not to have any electricals problems in the future. ( I am not a big fan of washing the engine ) But I love the way it looks now. The reson why I keep going there is not the dealership , but Raymond Shea, he is always up front with me , he is honest ( very important these days ) and tells me his opinion on what services needs to be done, and what others can wait. Great first visit! Great service experience! I had a pretty great experience with my Service Advisor Demitra Lopez. She listened to my concerns and made sure each was addressed. She was very tho I had a pretty great experience with my Service Advisor Demitra Lopez. She listened to my concerns and made sure each was addressed. She was very thorough when explaining what diagnostics they were going to perform with my car as well as what the mechanic will be doing. Demitra also made sure to explain the charges for the service. I also appreciated the work the mechanic did with the car because the car felt really nice after being serviced at this dealership. I had been having problems with the car and they were all addressed by the time I drove out of the dealership. Will most likely be back here when I need to have my car serviced again. More
