awful Service department has no clue about issues of their own manufacture's car , so disappointed!!!!! My Prius got towed to dealership due to it shut do Service department has no clue about issues of their own manufacture's car , so disappointed!!!!! My Prius got towed to dealership due to it shut down at traffic light ,and I waited more than 3hrs at dealer to have service department diagnose. IT came out that they couldn't find any issues. So dumn. They just have me drive home. What if it happened next time at the traffic light, I might got killed by this issues. So SCARY!!!!!!! More
