traded in old and bought a new car I have owned a Subaru since 2006; my old car was purchased at a different dealership as I was unaware of this dealership at the time. I routinely used the service department for maintenance of my old car at this dealership. It was my prior relationship with the service department that brought me into their sales department when I was looking for a new car. The experience with my sales representative was pleasant and pressure-free. He listened carefully to what I wanted and explained the various options available to me. I got a fair value for my trade-in and he called to inquire how I was doing after my new purchase just as he said he would. The experience with financing was also hassle-free. I was informed of my options and the rationale behind add-ons but not pressured in one direction or the other which left me feeling empowered to make the decision that was right for me. I recommend both the sales and service departments at this dealership for their good humor, professionalism and integrity. More

End of September I brought the car in for it's first oil change that was FREE. This free service was a smart way for the Service Department to solicit new customers and thus introduce themselves. Karen Prisco , my service consultant, was most pleasant and accommodating. Everything about Quality Subaru has been low key and, in a word, "nice". Hard to find that in today's hurry up world. Praise to Quality Subaru. More
A Pleasant Positive Experience Finding and Leasing a Subaru Was in the market to lease a replacement of a car going off lease. On delivery, Mark did a masterful job explaining the new features and offered to do a refresher course in areas that might confuse us. Mike Ward did a good job explaining the business aspects of the lease and various additional programs that were available. Nietheer Mike nor Mark were at all pushy in their sales approach. More
