It was my prior relationship with the service department that brought me into their sales department when I was looking for a new car. The experience with my sales representative was pleasant and pressure-free. He listened carefully to what I wanted and explained the various options available to me. I got a fair value for my trade-in and he called to inquire how I was doing after my new purchase just as he said he would. The experience with financing was also hassle-free. I was informed of my options and the rationale behind add-ons but not pressured in one direction or the other which left me feeling empowered to make the decision that was right for me. I recommend both the sales and service departments at this dealership for their good humor, professionalism and integrity. More
