Despite seeing several salespeople, no one offered to help us. I can accept that they may already be busy with other customers, but "I'm sorry we are busy, we'll be with you as soon as possible" goes a long way. It was frustrating that many of the employees walked right by us, again without a hello or a we'll be right with you. After twelve minutes of being completely ignored, we left. Please note I did not work with Mark Soll as listed but I could not review unless I listed an employee and he was one of several who passed us by. More
