They could have informed us before we traveled if there was a deposit policy for requesting to test drive before purchase. Very poor customer service. I’ve purchased at other dealerships from out of state. I would avoid this one. More

This dealerships is exceptional in the most important areas. They had what I needed in a truck and were very clear at communicating the information ahead of purchase. The only drawback was that they miscommunicated some important facts about buying the vehicle if you live out of state. I was told that it would “all be taken care of” when in reality it was far from it. Not enough taxes were applied and the process of transferring it was far more work than they claimed. More
