I had a very specific set of criteria in mind for my next vehicle — a Mercedes GLE with a third row — and Britt at RBM of Alpharetta went above and beyond to make it happen. He didn’t try to steer me toward vehicle — a Mercedes GLE with a third row — and Britt at RBM of Alpharetta went above and beyond to make it happen. He didn’t try to steer me toward something that was "close enough" on the lot. Instead, he worked with me to place a custom order and was fully committed to finding exactly what I wanted. Waiting for a car to be built and shipped can be a stressful experience, but Britt kept me informed every step of the way. His communication was consistent and reassuring, and to my surprise, the car actually arrived an entire month ahead of schedule — a very pleasant surprise! Britt was incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and patient with all my questions. Never once did I feel pressured — just supported.
