Excellent service by RBM Alpharetta. I took a clear view of inventory online as well as explanation of the different choices before I set an appointment with Mr Jeff Twiggs. I went in for service to my older model Mercedes and figured I’d test drive a car since I had some spare time. From the very moment Mark introduced himself, he had me hooked! He was amazing! He listened figured I’d test drive a car since I had some spare time. From the very moment Mark introduced himself, he had me hooked! He was amazing! He listened to my wants and my needs, and truly prioritized them and used it to help me find the perfect vehicle. When I went into the dealership I had no intention of buying a new car. Mark wasn’t pushy or self serving. He felt like a friend. I walked out of the dealership with a new car because in conversing with him I felt as if he was there to assist me in not purchasing a car, but in making the right decision for myself and my family, whatever it may be.
