I did not receive an email to Rate my most recent service. My Advisor is Tobias Gilmore and on my last 2 Services I would rate him 5 stars. Both services were new to RBM of Alpharetta with the instal service. My Advisor is Tobias Gilmore and on my last 2 Services I would rate him 5 stars. Both services were new to RBM of Alpharetta with the install of required Hermes Communication module and then the new over the air navigation map new update that required service department update per corporate recommendation. Excellent service and communication with Tobias was excellent On Another issue. RBM needs to take the initiative with dealerrater And add Tobias to service center of RBM of Alpharetta.
