Hi Robert - After reviewing the paperwork for your purchase of the 2021 C300, we found the documented mileage on the deal jacket and Odometer Disclosure Statement to be consistent, stating your vehicle had '100 miles' at the time of sale. You had the opportunity to review and sign the statement acknowledging the information to be true, which you did. It's now unclear why you feel 400 miles were on the vehicle. If there is anything we can do to clear things up, please don't hesitate to give us a call 678-637-2333. That is an impossibility because I work from home and due to COVID-19 my activities have been-limited to grocery store, doctors visit and home. And, for 2.5 - 3 weeks after I bought the car I went on average, maybe 8 miles a day. That is how I know! If you’re taking numbers off a piece if paper it only means there could be “human error”. To imply that I don’t know how many miles I have put on this car is insulting! You have lost a (would be) loyal customer (times the number of people I can convince to not buy from you) over 400 miles. Hope it is worth it!
