I came to RBM in November 2020 and worked with Mark Higgs. He informed me that I needed a larger down payment. This first visit took 2 hours. I appreciated his efforts. He demonstrated the entire suv to me. The entire transaction took about 3 hours. He was very knowledgeable about my new Mercedes.
