We’ve been M-B owners for years so he was able to relate m fit my driving style (lead footed!) and my criteria (3 liter, stylish and within budget). We’ve been M-B owners for years so he was able to relate me to the newer models’ features including power, torque and handling in a way I could compare and hone in in on the model best suited. I was candid and a bit aggressive in constraining our time to be most relevant to my search. Bill did not disappoint as he guided me thru the best inventory of options then took me for a test drive that went as deeply as I needed to narrow my choices. Very efficient was the whole process. He did not pressure me but was patient and kept pace with my process. We met calmly and negotiated a deal that I believe was fair and below market price. Grateful for him guiding me to an informed decision. Then when I told him the C450 AMG sport coupe was a gift for wife he laid out the red carpet literally (black) in the showroom for me to bring my wife in later on for the huge surprise. Tears of joy on her face will remain forever unforgettable! Thanks to Bill for the smooth process and good deal of a great car!
