Our primary sales Charlene and Darrell Montonaro could not be any more pleased with our experience at RBM of Alpharetta, GA Mercedes Benz /dealership. Our primary sales representative, Vadim Russu, made every effort to get an answer to our every concern and question. Whatever department was in charge of a particular area of concern, Mr Russu would excuse himself to contact a member of that department in order to give us the most correct answer, sometimes bringing that person with him to answer us directly. Honestly, we have NEVER received so much care and concern for our comfort level. We have never been interested in a lease arrengement, but Mr. Russu went over the Mercedes-Benz arrangement, THREE TIMES, comparing other arrangements to yours, and we COMFORTABLY decided to make the lease arrangement. I have been involved in the automobile business, some years ago with VOA, and I have never experienced such a careful, hard working person as Mr. Russu. We want to do the right thing by him, but fear he will be promoted to a position where he would not be able to be our representativ. That probably wouldn't matter because whomever we have will do a special job for us. On a scale of one to ten, we give Mr. Russu a resounding TWENTY!!! More

Before driving the almost 55 mins to RBM of Alpharetta, I made sure to view the reviews. I was amazed at home many people gave RBM 5 stars for customer service and professionalism. So I made up my mind to go check them out for myself. Let me say the ride was well worth it! Here are some reasons why you should shop for a vehicle at RBM Alpharetta: 1. Professional Master salespersons 2. Huge assortment of vehicles on the lot 3. The show room has tons of vehicles inside for you to drool over (lol) 4. When you purchase your vehicle you are given a very thorough “tour” of your car and how it works 5.”No pressure” type of environment. Let me just tell you how quickly I bought my car. I saw it online on a Wednesday evening. I contacted Bill Favini via email and he got back to first thing Thursday morning and had communicated back and forth with me via text, email, phone - whatever I needed, questions I had, he’d answer quickly. Thursday afternoon I went to see the car and before you know it....SOLD. Bill Favini was an exceptional salesman. I recommend you go see him. He will get you in a vehicle you will love.
