Worth the trip to have expectations exceeded! I flew down to GA to pick up a used Mercedes E-class, expecting the usual back and forth with the dealer and also expecting some problems to pop up. A I flew down to GA to pick up a used Mercedes E-class, expecting the usual back and forth with the dealer and also expecting some problems to pop up. After all, I had never seen the car prior to my trip down. The dealership was modern, spotless, inviting and not at all intimidating. My sale rep, Kagan, was a real pro and had all my paperwork ready to go. Just to make things interesting, there was a small glitch (a ha!), but he handled it right away and we smoothly moved forward. I had intended to finance a portion of the purchase price myself, but the deal from MBF was so good I decided to go with the "in house" financing. That took all of 15 minutes. It was almost too easy. The car was absolutely perfect, the concierge service to take me through all the details was much needed and appreciated, and I was off on my road trip back inside 3 hours. My friends ask why I am willing to travel hundreds of miles for my cars, and this is one reason. HIghly recommended. More
