Not knowing any sales reps there, we were lucky to be assigned to Kyle Edson as our sales consultant. We found Kyle to be extremely knowledgeable about all of the Benz models, both new and used. He took a great deal of time undersour needs in a vehicle and guided us to a GLC 300. We never felt hurried as he helped us decide on the car that is just right for us. Kyle’s product knowledge, sincerity in helping us choose the right car and his sense of humor made this a most pleasurable experience! More

A very kind sales man (Kyle Edson) drove the car into the service area so I didn't have to walk around in the rain. It looked exactly like the photos online. I also had a trade-in which they valued a little higher than Carmax which was a plus. The purchasing process was flawless. There was no need to negotiate on price as the price was already great. There weren't any ridiculous extra fees that many dealerships sneak into their agreements. Kyle was very thorough in explaining the process and pricing. He was also easy going and great to chat with. I felt like I was talking with a friend it was so comfortable. I will definitely be back to work with him in the future. I spent a short time with Lisa Brennan to handle the accounting part and she was also a joy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend RBM of Alpharetta. Ask for Kyle! P.S. They are dog-friendly! :) More
