Bill worked to get the car reconfigured and after receiving the car it is a great vehicle and Bill was the one to make it happen. Diane Evans was very helpful in taking the time to explain in detail the numerous features that the car had that were new to me. Bill Favini was also very helpful in answering questions I had about selling my previous Lexus, things had changed quite a bit since I last sold a car on my own. Service Experience "Over the Top"--Kendall is #1 On the afternoon (Friday) before heading out of town, my wife tells me that a "headlight out" message appeared on her car's dash board. Thinking I wi On the afternoon (Friday) before heading out of town, my wife tells me that a "headlight out" message appeared on her car's dash board. Thinking I will not be able to get that fixed before our trip, I forgot that I have the best service advisor in the world at RBM of Alpharetta.....Kendall Parks. I called him and left a voice mail, and within 10 minutes he called me back. He said, "no problem", getting you on the road tomorrow morning with a good headlight will get done!!! C'mon in and track me down he said. Within one hour, Kendall had his guys do a full light inspection, found a couple of other potential suspected bulb issues and I was a VERY satisfied customer. There aren't enough stars to rate Kendall's performance and level of service. He is a real professional! PS I think Craig Beauchamp who leads this service team is outstanding! And expects that of his team. More

I saw the very first Posting for my wife's dream car, and immediately contacted RBM of Alpharetta and was very fortunate to connect with Ramona Razavi. After many phone calls, text messages including pictures of the vehicle that had not even been listed yet, I met with Ramona and got to see the SL550 before it had even been readied for Sale. It had just been traded in and was exactly the vehicle I wanted to give to my wife for her Birthday. Ramona bent over backwards to make sure I was completely satisfied with this purchase, from sending all my requested information, working with me on "OLD SCHOOL NEGOTIATIONS ON PRICE AND THINGS I FELT SHOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF" arranging for me to take the car to my own mechanic for inspection, and even came in on her OFF DAY to make sure everything fell into place. Not only did she do an OUTSTANDING 10 STAR JOB AS A SALESPERSON, SHE KNEW I WAS BUYING THE SL550 AS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT FOR MY WIFE, RAMONA HAD A BIG RED RIBBON ON THE CAR WHEN WE ARRIVED TO PICK IT UP. I know I was not the easiest customer to deal with, I am a perfectionist, and Ramona made sure EVERYTHING WAS AS I ASK FOR... between Ramona and Neil Turry her Sales Manager, this was a WONDERFUL SALES EXPERIENCE AND I AM SURE THERE WILL BE MORE IN THE FUTURE.
