A great first experience working with RBM of Alpharetta I was looking for a new 6 cylinder MB Sprinter cargo van for weeks and I was having no luck in East Tennessee. Used MB Sprinter vans hold there value I was looking for a new 6 cylinder MB Sprinter cargo van for weeks and I was having no luck in East Tennessee. Used MB Sprinter vans hold there value well, and I could not justify spending a high dollar amount on a high mileage van. So I saw on CarGurus that RBM of Alpharetta had 2 new 6 cylinder Sprinters, which at that time was crucial timing for me. I contacted Kagan Scott, RBM Sales Representative, who was exceptional in making the sale happen. We have a business in Knoxville, TN and I could not make it to Alpharetta to complete the transaction. That is when Kagan took over and worked his magic, all the paperwork was completed via FedEx and I picked the van up after all the additions were completed to my complete satisfaction. I am now happily installing shelves in the van and could not be happier with RBM of Alpharetta. More

From his first warm welcome to my leaving the parking lot, the experience was nothing short of exceptional in every way. The sparkling clean and inviting dealership is in an easily accessible location, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. Kyle was very astute as he listened to me and figured out the best vehicle to suit my needs (and wants!). He was also transparent and forthcoming throughout the entire buying process, which included a trade-in. He has stayed in close touch, making sure that I am happy with the vehicle, and reminding me that he is always available should I have any questions or concerns. I now feel like I have a lifelong sales representative, and know that I only have to pick up the phone for any future needs. Needless to say, I will also have my car serviced at this dealership for as long as I own it. We went on multiple test drives over several days and he never seemed the least bit exasperated as we wavered back and forth between models and even brands (we were also considering BMW and Audi vehicles). Vadim never pressured us and was content waiting as we took our time (a process of many days and several trips to the dealership) to come to our final decision. Once we made our decision, I had to go out of town. Vadim Fedex'd all the needed paperwork to my hotel. My wife was able to simply drive over to the dealership and pick up the new car. All in all, the experience was excellent and the price was the best in the area. (They price matched a model similar to one we found online and then had a car shipped from out of state). It's easy to see why this is the best Mercedes dealership in Georgia. More
