I live in a neighboring state and coordinated my pick up of the vehicle with him. My vehicle was ready and waiting for me on the red carpet upon my arrival. Diane Evans thoroughly instructed us on how to properly use all of the car's features. I looked at seven other cars before finding this one and I could tell a huge difference in both the quality of the car and the dealership experience at RBM versus all the other places I looked. They said they only sell used cars they would put their grandmother in and that is definitely true. My salesperson, Bill Winslow, was incredible. Even though I was only buying a cheaper, older used Toyota RAV4, he still gave me the full red carpet treatment.
