He had infinite patience and after a really fun test drive, we went back to look at inventory on the lot being the last day of the year. We selected two vehicles to narrow down the focus and he gave me as much time as needed before I decided on the vehicle and the offer that I wanted to make. They accepted the offer and we quickly moved to the purchase. Paper work was a snap--easiest car buying process that I've ever been a part of. Two quick, pleasant and no hassle visits later and I drove out with a beautiful pre-owned E350. December 31st and one of their busiest days of the year, and I didn't even noticed the rush thanks to the attention and diligence of Kyle Dodson, Lisa Brennan and the rest of the amazing staff at RBM of Alpharetta.
