Great experience I bought a E350 from Derrick Wynn. I told him what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. He found the car-- no games, no back and forth. The entire process was quick and painless from beginning to end. I had no intention of buying a car that day, just came in to look. Derrick and the team there made everything so easy, getting the car was a no brainer. It has all the features I wanted and then some. Derrick was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and focused on providing outstanding customer service, which he did. I was referred to RBM by a co worker who said they provided quality service. He was right. I would highly recommend RBM and Derrick. I drove away pretty darn happy and am glad to be part of the Mercedes Benz family. They care about their customers. Diane Evans patiently reviewed all the features with me. I suspect I will need a refresher but she was so patient and thorough. More

No, really, how often do you hear that service was first class; the guy is first class; classy, classy, classy. But what impresses us the most is forthright human interaction. Honesty beyond doubt as noted in the voice, the eyes, the knowledge, the results. Enter Vadim Russo. My wife, Mary, and I were delighted with this man, his knowledge, his patience (our first Mercedes Benz) his personality (he’s so understated he’s perfect for his job, and I’ve casted theatrical projects), his interest in us (he was delighted that our grandson was born during the sales process, and followed up on our wonderful news). Now once Mary and I decided on the C250, a 2013, Vadim and I got to an eye-to-eye understanding quickly . . . over the phone, messaging, and of course in person. The rest was easy. Neil Turry as I understand it was behind the scenes and I knew the first requests were answered and accommodated very fairly. Lisa Brennan was a joy to work with and made our financing structure very easy. Finally, Dian Evans patiently delivered our car as if she were delivering another baby to us; but this time our baby and not another grandchild. It was a pre-owned C 250. Now when have we been treated like royalty when buying a car? let alone a “used” car? Absolutely never until we first contacted Vadim Russo. More
