He was very professional and comfortable to deal with, quickly getting me behind the wheel for a test drive, anticipating my questions and telling me all about this incredibly fine vehicle. Sharon was very cheerful and professional, too, efficiently walking me through the financial end of the transaction. I was able to complete the process the very next evening, finishing up with Diane Evans helpfully and patiently going over some of the details about the more technical operations of the vehicle. Other sales and service professionals introduced themselves to me, which was a very nice touch. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience, with the best part of it driving this baby off of the red carpet, out of the dealership and onto the street with the top down! Thanks again, Bill! More

My wife and I were able to show up, attend to some mandatory matters and drive off in my GL550 in a reasonable amount of time. She said, "That was way less painful than I expected !". All of the staff were genuinely courteous and responded to our inquiries without the typical sales -hyperbole . I was particularly impressed with my salesperson, Reza Azizi. He was honest and informative. I usually research any vehicle I purchase and was glad to meet someone who actually knew much more about the car than I did. He made the entire process enjoyable !
