Our salesman was Andy Sayers. He was very knowledgeable about details on both the car and the offer. He also offered some great insight and recommendations on the in service date, and service work that was done to the car that we had not considered. As a result of his feedback we purchased a different car than what we had been looking at. I believe the car we purchased was a better car and deal for us due to Andy helping us look at some meaningful information. My wife and I both thought this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. I would highly recommend dealing with Andy, and RMB. We are very pleased with our purchase, and think we will really enjoy the car we selected. More

Back in January, I had been looking for a GLK 350 and went to many luxury dealerships I want to thank Derrick Wynn and the staff at RBM of Alpharetta. Back in January, I had been looking for a GLK 350 and went to many luxury dealerships such as MLM, Mercedes Benz of Buckhead and the customers lacked as well as communication. I looked online on Jan 7, 2016 and found the vehicle I was looking for and the very next day Derrick Wynn called me. He was very professional and customer service was outstanding. Derrick called me back after getting everything taking care of and asked me when do I want to come pick up my car!!! With the help of Derrick and his team I purchased my car within less than 24hrs. He has been hands on with follow-up calls and all ever since the purchase. I personally met the finance manager and sales manager who were also phenomenal. This is my 1st time purchasing a Mercedes and this definitely won't be my last. I have told many of my friends about my experience. I LOVE RMB!! More

I previously purchased the ML350 from Bill and this time I went for the smaller fully loaded sporty 2016 GLA250 in night black. I'm really having a blast driving my new GLA! I love the Mercedes product as this is my 6th Mercedes Benz (the others were owned when my husband and I and our daughters lived in the south of Germany). More
