Great car, great people, great salesman. Every once in a while a special opportunity comes along that is too good to be true. In my case, it was a CLK 350 convertible at RBM Alpharetta. I had been searching for one for several weeks and didn't find exactly what I was looking for yet. One evening, doing a random Google search, there it was ... only available for two days, low mileage, and a good CARFAX report. The dealership was still open so I called for more information and Dan Berry answered. After a few minutes, I decided to make the 33 mile drive from Buckhead the following morning. Dan met me and took me to the car and then we went inside and went over some of my questions. Within two hours I had put a deposit down on the car and we're off and running, or should I say driving? Dan's tenure with RBM as a service department manager before deciding to take the leap into sales was an added bonus for me. From that point forward, Dan made sure that we took care of all of the details to fit my schedule. I also want acknowledge the cooperation that I got from Mark McQuaid, the sales manager of the used vehicle department. In fact, everyone that I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Of all of the cars that I have bought for many years, Dan was the most knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and friendly that I've ever dealt with. I had a lot of questions, as women are wont to, but her patience and professionalism knew no bounds. I was searching for a 2014 with low miles and was surprised to find one and the twin to my convertible at RBM Mercedes-Benz dealership in GA.. I emailed I was interested in finding out more and Dan Berry took my call so to speak. He is awesome. It isn't easy to develop a sense of trust by phone. Dan made that happen. It was necessary as we live in WI and would have to drive to Georgia with a 99 percent feeling we would buy this vehicle. We got there and the vehicle was sitting in a corner of the showroom on red carpet shining like a brand new car. We were greeted as if he had known us for years. We took it for a drive, checked it out and said yes we want it.The rest of the buying procedure went smooth as silk with employees that were as friendly and professional as Dan Berry. We have some great pictures to remember the best buying experience we have ever had. I would recommend RBM to anyone I knew. Thank you to all of you for treating us so well. Special car. Dan is one of the most professional sales executives I have ever met and dealing with him on a fairly comp[ex transaction was actually a pleasure. Dan took care of us in one day and made the experience actually stress free ( which isn't easy). But life has a way of reprioritizing and reallocating, and so fast forward 30 years, and here I was, at 51, still waiting and wishing for the MB cabriolet. Enter RBM of Alpharetta and Ramona Razavi, the most fantastic sales associate there at the dealership! I saw the car of my dreams advertised on the website, contacted Ramona to schedule a test drive, and the rest, as they say, is history! Every part of the experience with RBM (and Ramona) was nothing short of excellent! The dealership is clean and luxe, the staff courteous and professional (but never pretentious). Ramona walked my partner and I through the entire buying process, explaining details with a friendly demeanor that put us at ease. Once the offer was made, she toured us around the dealership to familiarize us with the Service Department. We met with the Finance coordinator, Sharon Thompson, who was, like Ramona, a joy to work with... very down to earth and friendly, while still managing to be efficient and professional, getting us in and out of the paper-signing phase quickly and painlessly! Finally, we were introduced to Kyle Edson, our Product Concierge, who took time to fully explain the features and details of our new car. Since taking possession of the car, I have received follow up emails and phone calls from both Ramona and Kyle to be sure my experience was good and to offer their continued assistance should i have any questions or concerns as i "learn the car". Outstanding! Everyone at RBM works at a high level of professionalism and with obvious respect for the client, and I would most definitely recommend the dealership, and in particular, Ramona Razavi, to anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned Mercedes Benz. This is the 3rd car I have purchased from RBM Alpharetta and they continue to provide a great buying experience. This purchase and the last purchase for my daughter were handled by Bill Winslow and Bill really did a great job. He not only located the exact vehicle I wanted but had it shipped quickly and worked out a delivery date/time to fit my extremely busy schedule and at a price lower than I expected to pay. If you’re like me and expect a company to earn your business, then I think you’ll be extremely happy with your experience at RBM Alpharetta and certainly with the level of customer service provided by Bill Winslow.
