My 4th and best Mercedes from RBM Alpharetta I just recently took delivery of my new AMG GT S. I was invited to a private showing months ago,where I was able to speak with a factory rep. Later, m I just recently took delivery of my new AMG GT S. I was invited to a private showing months ago,where I was able to speak with a factory rep. Later, my sales person,Bill Winslow, called to tell me they had just gotten in a GT S,and invited me back in to take a second look. I was reluctant to give up my SL 550, as it had been my favorite car of all time. But the more I read about the GT S, the more I wanted one,so I reserved the next slot. Everyone at RBM Alpharetta is always so friendly,from the receptionist to the business office, and I enjoy my relationship with Bill and the Sales Manager, Donnie Moore. I just happened to be at one of RBM's fun events, and Bill was on vacation. But I poked my head in Donnie's office to say hello, and he surprises me by telling me my car was in, fresh off the boat! He even took me in back,so I could see it, A couple of days later I got my professional orientation,as is their custom, and was out and on my way. I was contacted by Bill and the young lady that gave me the orientation, just to make sure I was enjoying my car and understood everything (and this car is very sophisticated). Mercedes is the only automobile I will drive. It's quality,safety,engineering, and performance keeps me a loyal customer. I have visited other Mercedes Dealers, and they are all very professional. But the people at RBM Alpharetta are simply the best! More

Lemon and Bad Service I have been a regular customer since the opening of RBM North in the Cumming area. I've purchased over 5 cars from this dealership and have watched th I have been a regular customer since the opening of RBM North in the Cumming area. I've purchased over 5 cars from this dealership and have watched the professionalism and service go from exceptional to down right disturbing. I purchased an E550 Convertible that would shut the stereo off every time I turned the car off while the roof was open. Evidently, the sales manager who had driven the car and knew about the issue before selling it to me but withheld that information. A complete lack of ethics on his part. I took the car in for service to attempt to resolve and I received the car back with the convertible top not put back together but rather had a hydraulic pole sitting in my truck and pieces laying around upon returning to me. The issue was never resolved and RBM continued to sell this model knowing the issue as being on all models. Although the GM did what he could to work with me to replace the vehicle the attitude I got from both Bill Favini in Sales, the dishonesty from the Sales Manager and the blatant rudeness from Service was nothing short of shocking. All the previous good service I had received from this dealership went down the drain in a hurry by the shocking and disturbing apathy I received from the staff. I hope that the experience was a learning experience for the staff as I made several complaints about the experience. At this time I would not recommend this dealership until changes are made in both sales and service. More
