When we walk into a Mercedes dealership, we expect superior sales, service and attention to every single detail. We are very happy to report that RBM's staff, facilities and professionalism was exemplary. Donnie Moore when well beyond the "call of duty" to find, transfer and deliver our car from an out of state dealership. Ron, Ramona, Lisa, and Pam were very helpful and professional in their responsibilities to make our car buying experience more enjoyable and extremely informative. Beautiful car, good price, smooth process, seamless teamwork I recently leased a C300 sedan to replace a C250 sedan that was nearing the end of its lease. It's for my wife, who enjoys have a newer model M-B to I recently leased a C300 sedan to replace a C250 sedan that was nearing the end of its lease. It's for my wife, who enjoys have a newer model M-B to drive and leaves it up to me to make that happen. I am a good friend of the former manager and have bought or purchased cars from either RBM of Atlanta or RBM of Alpharetta for 20 years. The new manager, David Ellis, assured me that I would continue to receive the same exemplary service. His team did just that. I took July 3 off from work and went up to the dealership to start the process of leasing a new car for my wife. It was a busy day and the sales people were tied up. Donnie Moore, the New Mercedes-Benz Sales Manager, came out to greet me. He remembered that we had spoken a few moths before when I called about the timing of my lease. We discussed what car I wanted, what they had in inventory, what they might be able to find for me, and what I could expect to pay with no money down. He then asked Ramona Razavi to show me a C300 and she did. It's a real upgrade over the old C250, and I was pretty sure my wife would love it. (I was right.) (We had lost a key to the C250, and Matt Price in Service quickly arranged to have one delivered before we turned in the C250.) Over the course of the next week or so, Donnie and I, with Ramona's help, focused my interest on a C300 luxury model with certain features (leather, Satellite radio, etc.). Donnie found one in Tennessee, we agreed on a lease price, and he traded a car on his lot for the one I wanted and arranged to have it delivered to RBM. By then Ramona was on vacation, but that posed no problem because Donnie asked Ron Delvalle to step in to complete the transaction and deliver the car on the following Saturday. Ron did exactly that, working with me by email, telephone and finally in person when we arrived at the dealership. The car was ready when promised, and Ron had all the initial paperwork for us to sign. He introduced us to Sharon Thompson, who handled the lease papers. When I had a question, she and Donnie quickly resolved it to my complete satisfaction. While I was completing the lease process, Pamela Ciccateri was orienting my wife to her new car. Pam was patient and well-informed, and my wife has quickly adjusted to her new C300. In summary, I got a fine car at a good price from people who obviously enjoy what they do and don't seem to care at all about who gets the credit, so long as the customer is happy. More

The negotiation process, normally the worst part, was straight forward and painless. The vehicle was well prepared at delivery, purchase with finance was direct and quick, and follow up has been excellent. Would highly recommend this dealership. More

Awesome experience Purchased my second Mercedes from RBM and it could not have been any easier. Worked with Bill Favini. He found me the exact car and options I wanted. Purchased my second Mercedes from RBM and it could not have been any easier. Worked with Bill Favini. He found me the exact car and options I wanted. He arranged all dealer installed items for me. I did not have to deal with the service department. I brought car to him and he saw it through the process and had car waiting upfront for me to pick up. On financing side he handled everything so all I had to do was show up and meet with finance person Sharon Thompson. When I arrived and met with Sharon it took less then 15 minutes and I was on my way. Transaction could not have been any easier. More

And even tho those are the cheapest vehicle they sell by quite a good margin, they made the experience seem as though I were buying a 100k car. This go round I finally bought my first actual Mercedes. A C300. Bill Favini and staff are some of the nicest and professional people you will ever deal with. I can't say how happy I am with every aspect of our buying experience. We will be Mercedes customers for life! More
