My Dealer was Fabian and before entering the dealership I made the call to inquire. Fabian was helpful and welcome from our very 1st call. You would have thought I've known him all my life. He was knowledgeable and considerate of what I wanted. He didn't force anything on me and he listened to my needs. He helped me choose the best car for myself. And he searched for the best possible deal. He made purchasing a Mercedes so easy. I am so grateful for Fabian. From here its on to bigger and better things. He is and will always be my recommendation to all my friends and family! More

For starters we were over an hour away so over the phone he went out to the car we were calling about and answered any questions about it. GLK250's are hard to find in a CPO used. When we showed up the vehicle was in exactly the same condition as he described. When we arrived to test drive he had the vehicle right up front waiting on us. We were heading out of town so we agreed to pickup after the holiday when we returned. They went over every feature of the car and made sure we were comfortable with everything, paired our phones to the Bluetooth, etc. He walked us around the dealership and introduced us to the service manager and then to the finance manager to finish up the paperwork. I guess we aren't used to the service you get at a luxury car dealer. It's quite a difference and we appreciated it. Tom More
