Just a wonderful experience! I bought my car because of the PEOPLE. This is my first Mercedes in a long time! I love my new car .and VADIM RUSSO and Peter are to blame! I was greeted by Peter who introduced me to Vadim. The rest is history. I was really looking at the GL.....but because of the great offer on at the time, ended up with ML 350! I love it........ ended up with a great car, financing and insurance and Vadim set everything up in no time............I' m most grateful for the service and people at RBM OF ALPHARETTA and would recommend them very highly. I bought a GLK 350 from them late last year and was honestly overwhelmed by the integrity of both Dan and the sales manager Donnie who is also a professional to deal with. Ron Delvalle knocked it out of the park! If I were Ron, I very well may have passed me off to another salesperson! Ron stayed calm, relaxed, professional, and never showed any signs of frustration...although I know he had to feel it at times!
