I visited RBM North on Thanksgiving weekend. I am glad I was greeted by Reza Azizi, sales consultant, in their lot. Working with Reza was easy and comfortable. I never felt pushed. He paid a great price for my 2006 Mercedes, which I traded in. After being a Mercedes owner for about 5 years, I really felt special inside a MB dealer. After having bad experiences with other dealers and brands I can say this was the best car buying experience ever. I strongly recommend RBM North, and especially Reza, for anyone in the market looking for a Mercedes Benz. More

Ive been a BMW guy for the last 20 years at least, never considered Mercedes. Upon reviewing the E63 AMG online and looking around, I stopped in and was greeted by Bill Favini, which at first I just wanted considered Mercedes. Upon reviewing the E63 AMG online and looking around, I stopped in and was greeted by Bill Favini, which at first I just wanted to look at the car. Bill realized that right away and let me do my thing until I was ready to talk to someone (nice touch). So I end up leasing a new, not yet manufactured E63 from RBM, but had to wait a month for it. I wont share the details of what they did for me during this period, but it included Bill sharing a picture of the boat carrying my new car, as well as providing up to date production details as it came closer to delivery date. The car is unbeliveable, best Ive ever had, and the crew at RBM and Bill Favini know how to match the level of Mercedes craftmanship with GREAT service. More
