The initiat visit to the dealership was handled in a friendly and low pressure manner and the salesperson allowed plenty of time to ask questions and consider alternative options. The deal was closed quickly and accurately and we were on our way with a great new Mercedes E550 Coupe. In particular, Debbie Starks went out of her way to insure that we were presented with all possible vehicle choices and has been a real pleasure to do business with. I would enthusiastically recommend her to other people that are in the market for a new vehicle. More
This is my first experience purchasing a Mercedes-Benz. I compared BMW, Audi and Mercedes. I went to the dealership on-line web site and that saved me loads of time. The web site was extremely easy and fast to maneuver through and the photos and Videos of each car .....Far outshined the other Mercedes Dealers web sites. I went to the dealership specifically on a Sunday when they were closed to look at their fleet and take my time without any “sales pressure". On the day of my scheduled test drive I went by myself and was extremely nervous. Adam Denault seemed to feel my uneasiness and helped me feel comfortable. I can tell you there was no "sales pressure" like I thought there would be. Adam was easy to talk to and knew his product. I have heard many stories about negotiations at a dealership and let me tell you working with Adam and Peter Leavy was not at all what I had expected. They worked with me and respected my offer as I also respected theirs. With everything combined I can easily say that car purchasing experience at RBM North was very smooth easy and a pleasure. It made ownership of my Mercedes from day 1 something I am able to be proud of and have no bad thoughts of difficult purchase nightmares like at other dealerships. I also purchased the tire and rim protection and the Dent and Ding protection separately. I upgraded the UMI package and everything I added .. Adam was able to oversee for me and make sure was complete upon my return to accept the car. I am telling you the drive up North from Atlanta is well worth the trip. The interior of their waiting area is also beautiful and modern and comfortable. I would highly recommend you to visit their dealership at McFarland Parkway. More

One C280 caught my eye.I went to the dealership and met with Debbie Starky. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the C280. We were able to work out a good deal and now I am happy as can be to own a Mercedes! More
