My last service loaner experience I am very unhappy with my last service loaner experience, I was charged huge money including their profit to replace a flat tire. So instead of paying I am very unhappy with my last service loaner experience, I was charged huge money including their profit to replace a flat tire. So instead of paying a loaner I could have rented a car lot cheaper and service manager did not even spoke to me directly in resolving this issue. More

Exceptional service I was having a problems with my car, Steve Byrd of RBM researched the service that was done on my car by another Mercedes dealership and told me the r I was having a problems with my car, Steve Byrd of RBM researched the service that was done on my car by another Mercedes dealership and told me the regularly scheduled maintenance that was not done on my car that could be contributing to the problem.
